Come & Try Archery

St Joseph Secondary School, Suva

The Archery Come-n-try Program, by World Archery Fiji - in conjunction with Colo-i-Suva Archery Club and Suva Archery club - is a program used to build interest in the sport of Archery in Fiji as a recreational and competitive sport.

The Come-n-try is hosted every Saturday (weather permitting) from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at the St. Joseph's Secondary School grounds. The entrance is on Toganivalu Rd, behind the school.

For $5 (for one hour), you can learn about the basics of archery, pick up a bow and arrows, and shoot at a target! So bring yourself and a few friends and try it out!

NOTE: At the moment, the program is only for adults, as we unfortunately do not have equipment suitable or children to use.

Pacific Games Basketball Trials

Basketball Fiji would like to call on all local basketball players who would like to have the privilege of representing Fiji at the 2019 Pacific Games in Samoa from 7th – 20th July 2019 to attend an open trials for both the men’s and women’s team.

The trials will be held at the FMF Gymnasium on Saturday 2nd February 2019 from 8:30am – 12:00pm and the program is as follows:
• 08:30am Women’s Registration 
• 09:00am Women’s Trials 
• 10:00am Men’s Registration
• 11:00am Men’s Trials

All those attending need to come on time and be dressed in proper basketball attire to be eligible to participate in the trials.

The 10th Uluinakau Rugby 7s Tournament is scheduled for 8th & 9th March 2019 at the Prince Charles Park in Nadi.

There are 32 Mens Teams, 8 Womens Teams & 8 Indo-Fijian teams taking part next year.

A total price money of $25,000 is up for grabs;

Cup Winner Mens - $10,000
Cup Winner Womens - $1,000
Cup Winner Indo-Fijian - $1,000

Also Cash & Consolation Prizes for Plate, Bowl & Shield Categories.

43rd Fiji Bitter Marist 7s

The Marist Rugby Club wishes to advise all teams that Registration closes once the first sixty-four teams have paid in full or before March 8th 2019 or whichever arises first.

Team Managers must clearly write the name of the team with a correct valid mobile number of the team manager on the ANZ Deposit slip narration portion .
Failure to do this means the registration is not being complete and team may be disqualified from participation.
